  1. Mr Cox
The problem here is not Mr.Cox’s stories. The problem lies in the idiots who read and believe everything they are told. To say “minor injuries to person whom crashes there car into objects or other people usually means the individual was under the influence”. Not only is it a grammatical nightmare but it makes no sense. What else can you crash a car into if its not an object or person? And to assume someone is drunk for no reason?
It is comical, but this is why this site is awesome. If you want news and facts you watch the news or go to lohud and do your own research but when you want to feel better about yourself and say hey these are the idiots that actually live and work next to me
you come to the TALK OF THE SOUND

    1. Judge Driving under the Influence?
Probably before the accident, the judge was partying at Beckwith Pointe Beach & Tennis Club at 700 Davenport Avenue in New Rochelle, NY with his “drunken friends and family network” which include Jimmy Bonanno, Heide Reyes, tippling building inspector John Caldararo,Patrick and Tracey Hickey, their two children who have the run of the place, mercenary cop Jeff Wilson, Vincent Mirabile and Michael Messina, New Rochelle Court Clerk James Generoso and his daughter Lindsay Generoso who works at Beckwith Pointe, managing member relations. As well as Top District Attorney prosecutor Anthony “Tony Mole” Molea who is a Beckwith Pointe member. Who knows who else was there that day? We shall discover soon. That place MUST be closed!

      1. Your post is libelous
I love this site and most of the comments but your post crosses the line. I hope someone sues and subpoena’s the host to get your IP address and your identity. It’s just a matter of time I’ve heard.

      2. Tom’s Response
Tom it is likely protected speech, but in a way, worse. Highly unlikely all the people mentioned even know each other. Some people like to make light of tragedy. this sounds like one of them. But, you are being kind when you say, “cross the line.” Lord knows I have many differences with viewpoints on TOTS, but Bob Cox runs a clean site and either way, this individual is a sad case

      3. Character assassination
Mr. Cox’s site has done more good for New Rochelle than anything I can remember. The issue I have is when people hide behind a username and make wild allegations. Mr. Cox goes to great lengths to check his facts and then writes his pieces in a fact based manner. What was done with the post I object to goes beyond free speech. To claim that a person involved in an accident was drinking at a beach club not only endangers the beach club with liability from the injured parties but it also creates a problem with the State Liquor authority. To then go on and add a dozen other local people and label them as drunks along with adding someone’s children is indefensible. This site is not intended to be a rumor mill or a platform for small people with a chip on their shoulder to practice character assassination.

      4. This is a free country
If people can’t speak their minds, what’s the point of having a forum? Some people just want to castrate opinions that diverge from theirs. I was reading “Nightmare on Stephenson Boulevard”, posted by Robert Cox. Read all the articles and felt really sorry for that woman. I didn’t name “the guys” – THE ARTICLE DID. I just took the names exposed in the article, since this judge ignored the pleas. His name is there. I’m not the bad guy here. Just reading and commenting. If you don’t like it, you may say whatever you want. Don’t think because you are a contributor you know everything. I know the laws. And I also have Internet to expose people on YouTube and the whole web shall they do any fowl play against me. Not scared. Duh!
