Proposed Amendment to Zoning Map, Chapter 331
DEFEATED Resolution issuing a Negative Declaration of Environmental Significance Under the
Regulations Promulgated by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation
and directing compliance with same regarding the proposed amendments to the Lincoln
Avenue Urban Renewal Plan, City Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Code, and Zoning Map in
connection with the proposed rezoning of Block 1405, Lots 1, 3, 5, and the easterly 65 feet of
Lot 7 from the RMF-0.7, Residential Multi-Family District, to a proposed new AHI-MIPH,
Affordable Housing Incentive Mixed-Use Zone for Middle Income Purchase Housing, for the
proposed Mixed-Use Project to be located at the northwest corner of Lincoln and Brook
