The term “qualified manufacturers” used above pertains to the ability to complete the enclosed Bidder’s Affidavit. Only Bidders who can comply with these specifications and return the Affidavit signed will be considered.
FAILURE TO SIGN AND RETURN THIS AFFIDAVIT SHALL CAUSE IMMEDIATE REJECTION OF THE PROPOSAL.
