With strong leadership from citizen volunteers, including residents of the Glenwood Lake and French Ridge neighborhoods, the City has acted to better control growth in our residential areas by adopting new restrictions on townhouse development and protections for open space and parkland. This year, we will consider additional zoning changes in multi-family areas to better prevent overdevelopment.
