Update on Union Avenue and West Main Street Improvements

Beginning later this year, the first phase of the beautification of Union Avenue andWest Main Street will be underway. This first phase will begin with tree plantings and placing more attractive trash containers on these thoroughfares. Other plans include sidewalk improvements from Warren to Fourth streets, as well as handicapped-accessible curb cuts.
