What steps do i take for grieving my taxes?

I’m new to the neighborhood and have been witness to the depreciation of the home value in my area.

I spoke with residents in the area about the possibility of adjusting my taxes to the assessment/depreciation of my home.

What steps can i take? Whom do i contact? What time of the year can i do this?
