The was some confusion after Tuesday’s board meeting regarding my recommendation that the school board provide a single directory page so members of the community can easily communicate with school board members. The claim was made that because the telephone numbers of some board members are unlisted that no telephone numbers for any board members should be published on the district’s web site. In fact, all of the board members home address and home phone numbers are listed in the white pages. As the board is not inclined to assemble these public directory listings into a single page on the district web site we have saved them the trouble here.
