  1. Does this surprise anyone?
    Does this really surprise anyone? Another misuse of government funds by a New Rochelle agency. I will bet noone ever gets prosecuted, as usual. Corroption is rank in New Rochelle and nothing is ever done. The sad part is that those in authority who oversee these agencies do absolutely nothing to remedy the suituations and yet they are voted into office year, after year, after year. Wake up New Rochelle – these are your tax dollars that are being squandered.
