Dear Robert,
I know this is not the most important problem next to the economy. I just hope the people who dumped the cat they no longer wanted in our neighborhood are proud of themselves. He is a fairly young, black with a white patch on his chest altered male cat. He is the most affectionate and sweet cat. All he wants is to come into a home and not live on the street. My neighbors and I have been feeding him and spending time with him. We can’t keep him because of allergies. I called the Humane Society to see if anyone was missing a cat. We are calling friends to try and find him a home. In the mean time we are trying to give him some affection and attention.
Please tell your readers that if they have an animal they can no longer take care of or do not want to please try and find a home. I know it can be difficult, but how cruel to just turn it out into the street.
Thank you.
M.O.
