The early evening storm that passed through the area around 8:00 pm caused a fire at the Pentecostal House of Prayer church on the corner of Webster and union fire officials said that lighting was more than likely the cause but they are investigating the cause, There was some damage to the outside and inside. The church was undergoing a remodeling at the time of the fire. The fire rekindled again at 10:50pm and the fire department was recalled to the scene. The exact address is 150 Webster Avenue.

Another great job by the new rochelle fire dept. As a person who was on the scene i was impressed with the work these brave men did. Now if our city leaders would just realize this the moral of these men would be much better. Vote them all out in 2011.It’s time for change in New ROCHELLE
