As of 6:50am this morning Tuesday all south bound lanes are closed from mar’k to New Rochelle this is all due to a overturned tractor trailer blocking all lanes. There is heavy delays north bound also due to onlookers. Drivers are urged to make alternate routes in this area. posted at 6:50 am
