Prior to the primary elections in September, Westchester county officials gave a demonstration of New Optical Scan Voting Machines at New Rochelle City Hall prior to the September primaries in 2010. If you did not vote in the primaries you may want to take a look — you can expect some delays as people get used to the new system.
