As you can see from the picture, the sidewalk along Huguenot Hills has been cordoned off with “police line” tape and a barricade from the police dept. Good news when you stop to consider the danger lurking above in the form of 20 lb icicles. The pictures show how the ice is forming in the roof corners that have no gutters.
