    Snow Dumping Irony in New Rochelle

    City Manager Chuck Strome received a complaint earlier this month alleging that an employee of “Belfomente Company” had dumped huge piles of snow on Crescent Avenue. Mario Bulfamonte Contracting is one of the snow removal contractor hired by the City of New Rochelle this winter.
