Student Struck By Car Pelham Road and Centre Avenue

A student was struck by a car on the corner of Pelham road and centre ave.around 2:30 this afternoon.Police on the scene called for the ambulance to make a rapid response.The child was conscious at the time he was taken away.As the fire department was responding to the scene it crashed into a New Rochelle police car at the scene unknown if there were any injuries in that accident.
