Martinez Bail Reduction Denied in White Plains, Waives Appearance in New Rochelle

JoseMartinezAlleged child molester Jose Martinez, former administrator in the New Rochelle Public school system, waived his right to appear in New Rochelle City Court. His next appearance date was set for May 12th. An application for a bail reduction was denied. Martinez remains locked up in Westchester County Jail on $500,000 bail.

    A innocent man doesn’t waive his right to appeal his bail multiple times. While innocent until proven guilty it appears there is an inferno brewing from the smoke that is rising from Isaac E. Young and the New Rochelle School District!
