Now this is typically a very busy weekend for most people, what with Easter and Passover – but that doesn’t mean that New Rochelle closes up shop – still plenty of interesting items on the docket here in town
First up – right now at the NR public library, the Klezmer Bunch is rollicking with their fiery brand of interactive storytelling with puppets, musical instruments and movement.
A little later today, 1 PM – the library is hosting Earth Day Crafts for kid’s – learn to make something amazing from recycled materials.
Tomorrow, Rangoli Restaurant serves as stage for another comedy showcase put on by the good folks at Incoming Tide productions
Wednesday, the 27th – the Presbyterian church of New Rochelle plays host to Ways and Means Van Etten Spring Dessert Bridge. An afternoon of fun, friendship and fantastic raffle prizes, this is the last fundraising event of the Woman’s Club year.
And Thursday, the 28th – Brickyard Bistro wants you to show off your vocal talents by taking up the microphone for some karaoke. Seems like they’re doing this every Thursday, so be sure to check it out when you have the itch to warble.
And finally, the hottest shopping party in Westchester is back! Ladies, spring is in the air, and the Radisson is proud to present MAC’s Girls’ Night Out. Cool vendors, food and beverages, demos and information Women love lies inside the hotel doors; that kicking off Thursday at 8.
