NEW ROCHELLE, NY (July 18, 2011) – Allstate Insurance agent Nelson Puello, whose office is located at 215 North Avenue in New Rochelle, has received the Agency Hands in the Community Award for his commitment to volunteering in the community. With this award came a $1000 grant from The Allstate Foundation for the New Rochelle Youth Bureau, where Puello volunteers.
