The postcard at the top is dated 1906….the one below in color is dated 1912….look closely and you see they are the same scene….but one is doctored…the 1912 card has eliminated the rowers..(even thou the card’s title is the NR Rowing Club)….current photo from 2009.

A long time resident of N.R. told me that the cupola that now sits on top of the rowing club is the cupola that once sat atop the original city hall that was on Main St.
