Westchester County Executive Robert P. Astorino, who is in Rome, Italy to attend the elevation ceremony of New York Archbishop Timothy Dolan to cardinal in the Roman Catholic Church, will hold a media availability prior to the ceremony, February 17 at 10 a.m. CET (Rome time) in front of St. Peter’s Basilica.
