Generally speaking, the New Rochelle Police Department has been very good in providing documents and records. Regarding FOIL and news information they have been exemplary. However, there have been a few people have complained over the years that they had difficulty in obtain a copy of a complaint form. Without judging the validity of those complaints, we are just going to post a copy of the form here so that anyone who wants the form can find it here on Talk of the Sound via an easy Google search. The hope is that this would eliminate the need for anyone to go NRPD HQ and obtain the form in person so as to obviate the possibility of the sort of scenes depicted in the video above.
