New Rochelle Police: No Charges in Sex Assault Case at New Roc City Movie Theater

NewRocSexAssaultAutistic 251New Rochelle Police will not be pursuing charges against a teenage who sexually assaulted a child in the bathroom at the Regal Cinema at the New Roc City entertainment complex. Police officers determined that the teen was autistic and not responsible for his actions, sources say.

Police were called to the theater at about 3:00 p.m. Wednesday afternoon after a parent called police to report that a white/male teen in a greet shirt had sexually assaulted her child. Police searched the area but did not locate the suspect at the scene. Sources tell Talk of the Sound, police were able to identify the teen and locate him later in the day.
