New Rochelle Schools Select Inas Morsi-Hogans as Assistant Principal at Trinity Elementary School

Morsi HogansInas Morsi-Hogans has been named the new assistant principal at Trinity Elementary School. Morsi-Hogans has served as interim assistant principal at Trinity since January after replacing Charles Plaven who was filling the role on a temporary basis after Nadine Pacheco the previous Assistant Principal resigned after it she was found to have been working without the required New York State Administrative License.

Morsi–Hogans came from White Plains Public School District where she served as Assistant Principal at the Ridgeway Elementary School during the 2010-2011 school years. The circumstance of her leaving White Plains and coming to New Rochelle are a bit unusual. She worked at Ridgeway for 18 months and left mid-year to take the New Rochelle position.

The Ridgeway web site still lists her as the Assistant Principal:

Inas is a first generation American, born to Egyptian parents. A native of Queens, New York, she received her educational training at Brooklyn College. Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a Masters in Literacy she flourished as a teacher for fifteen wonderful years (ten of them in third grade). Inspired to help other learners beyond her classroom, she pursued her administration degree at the College of New Rochelle. In addition to her commitment to her educational and administrative career, she is a proud mother of three boys and one girl (a high-school student, middle-school student, pre-school student and a toddler). Inas is excited to be here!

Morsi-Hogans’s husband, Ural, is a first grade teacher at Jefferson Elementary School in New Rochelle.

She previously taught in the New York City school system and in Greeburgh in Westchester County.

Here we go again! Why is everyone so afraid of starting with a clean slate? This woman has already been the cause of much controversy at Trinity, ask City Hall!

There is a simple and effective solution to the problems with this woman…Before September…

WHEN IN DOUBT, THROW HER OUT!!!!

Gee, perhaps Ridgeway School will take her back, no maybe not…she left mid-year… Hmmmm…Ask City Hall is right!
