Jane E. Biscornet passed away peacefully at her home in Palm Harbor, FL on May 23, 2012. Born in Brooklyn, NY on 9/29/22, she was the last surviving child of 12, born to Frances Elizabeth Curley & James McGrath. She married childhood sweetheart, Lawrence Biscornet in July 1943 & lived happily for 48 years until he passed in October 1991. She raised her 3 children in New Rochelle before moving to Florida. She died the day after returning from a family celebration in NY. She is survived by her children: Larry & Dottie Biscornet, Barbara Reither & Dan Braden, Nancy & Michael Kirkpatrick, 5 grandchildren: Marifrances, Joy, Shannon, Michael, & Kelly Ann, & 5 great-grandchildren: Mollie, Gavin, Jacob, Michaela, & Izabella Jane. She was awaiting her 6th this month. She loved & was loved by many.
A memorial celebration will be held at Holy Name Church in New Rochelle on Saturday 6/16 at 12:30 PM. Donations made be made to The Arthritis Foundation and/or The New Rochelle Youth Bureau.
