Marjorie Talt, a life-long resident of New Rochelle, NY and parishioner of Blessed Sacrament church, passed away peacefully on Monday morning surrounded by her family at the age of 80. Marjorie was born on August 18, 1931 to the late Edward and Christina (Grab) Murphy. She worked for many years as an operator for the NY Telephone Company. She is survived by her husband George; her 10 children: Martin Talt, Stephen Talt, Kevin Talt, Michael Talt, Brian Talt, Marjorie Worley, George Talt, Robert Talt, Kristine Lemmis and Nancy LaPietra; and her 18 grandchildren.
Visiting hours will be Tuesday 7-9pm and Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9pm at Lloyd Maxcy & Sons Beauchamp Chapel Inc., 16 Shea Pl. New Rochelle. A funeral Mass is scheduled for Thursday 9:30 am at Blessed Sacrament Church. Interment will be private.
