The third annual New Rochelle Jazz Festival returned this weekend to the “Library Green” in downtown New Rochelle. The line up included Grammy nominated artist, guitarist Gil Parris and local favorite Brian Carter, other local luminaries. Grammy nominated artist Aaron Brown and Moments Notice, Zach Lipton, and Courtney Johnson & The C.J. Quintet performed.
