New Rochelle Police,Fire and EMS were called to Memorial and Main Street after a group of kids were horse playing around when one of them hit a pane glass window of the Ital Assistance Center 
causing it to smash. 
One person was taken to Sound Shore Medical Center with a cut to there face.Police have taped off the area.No charges have been filed pending a investigation into the matter.
