NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The New Rochelle Chapter of the Friends of Sound Shore Medical Center is celebrating the season of giving at Accents on Antiques with an Open House and Dealers’ Day on Sunday, December 2 from 12:00-5:00 PM.
The event will feature new merchandise, discounts on selected items, and refreshments, with many of the shop’s dealers on hand to help customers. This marks the first of four Sundays, including December 9, 16 and 23, when this upscale shop will open its doors to shoppers. The store’s regular hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM will offer additional shopping opportunities to browse the aisles in search of that special something.
Accents on Antiques – a 4,800 square foot retail destination – opened at 125 Wolfs Lane in Pelham in 1995 for the exclusive benefit of Sound Shore Medical Center. And in the 17 years since, the net proceeds from the sale of donated, consigned and dealer merchandise has enhanced services for the Department of Emergency Medicine, Breast Center, Cancer Center and Level 3 Neonatal Nursery – to name a few.
