Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino released a statement Friday afternoon telling Westchester County residents the sad news that former County Executive Andrew O’Rourke 
passed away at Calvary hospital in the Bronx on Thursday night.
Clark funeral home in Yorktown Heights will handle the arrangements.
