Honorable Alvin R. Ruskin of Stamford, CT., formerly of New Rochelle, NY on March 7. Predeceased by his beloved wife Sylvia. Survived by William Ruskin & Christine Barker, and Nancy Ruskin & Daniel Castleman, and grandchildren Madeline, Alison, McClatchy and Benjamin. Services at Temple Israel, 1000 Pinebrook Boulevard, New Rochelle, NY., on Sunday, March 10, 1:00 pm.

    he was Mayor during the glory days of the Queen City Of The Sound.
