Anyone Know Why This All Bright Electric Van Has Been Parked at NRHS For Months?

This work van from All Bright Electric has been parked in the “Breamar Lot” near the high school tennis courts since last fall.

It is always in the same spot. I go by quite a bit and never seen it not there and it never seems to move.

Anyone know what’s up with this?
