NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Growing Minds will hold a grand opening event on Tuesday April 4th from 6pm – 9pm at 466 Main St, New Rochelle, NY. The event will provide an opportunity to explore a state of the art facility and meet the staff of Growing Minds. All are cordially invited.
“Growing Minds is the perfect place for your little one to play, learn and grow. These carefree years go by quickly, with us the days will be filled with fun activities and an enriching curriculum,” said Jennifer Jones, MSW.
Growing Minds dares to be different and dares to still believe in the concept of community for our children. At Growing Minds you’ll encounter a community where the social and cognitive growth of a child is truly valued, a community where parents are involved and welcomed in every aspect of their child’s development. Come join us at the grand opening of the most innovative daycare in New Rochelle on April 4th; learn more about our community and the multifaceted program that we offer.
Established in 2008 as a successful summer program, Growing Minds recognizes and respects the uniqueness of each child. As in our summer camp program, Growing Minds’ primary mission is to foster a love of learning in each child. Our curriculum skillfully weaves artistic and practical disciplines into everyday activities. Children learn to follow their curiosity, to think creatively, and to work both independently and cooperatively with others.
“Our entire staff is composed of certified childcare professionals who work under my close supervision,” said Jennifer Jones, MSW, President of Growing Minds. “Unlike other daycare centers, Growing Minds has created a safe secure environment designed to provide children with an enriching experience. Our facility features a comfortable relaxed environment, healthy meals and snacks, live nanny cams that are accessible from anywhere (via the Internet and secure log in), and the latest in learning and enrichment techniques.” said Ms. Jones.
Growing Minds also offers classes for adults on select evenings during the week (featuring Westchester’s only HOOPS class), children’s birthday parties, supervised field trips to local educational and fun locations, and other special classes. Our corporate division is involved in setting up day care sites at corporations and businesses that are interested in supporting and promoting employee well being through child care. Growing Minds also provides consulting services to other day care facilities, corporations, and government entities. “Franchise opportunities are definitely in our future” said Ms. Jones, “but for now we are working hard to ensure the successful launch of our flagship New Rochelle location.”
