Can the IRS read private emails without a warrant?

Did you know the IRS can read your emails and other private electronic correspondence without a warrant?

The ACLU discovered this after foiling the agency.

The IRS claims the fourth amendment does not protect emails because Internet Users do not have a reasonable expectation of privacy.

Unless I post information in a public forum I expect privacy!

It seems the IRS thinks private e-mails are in the same category as Facebook & Twitter.

Is the Fourth Amendment under fire or have we lost it also?
