It looks like the Mayor and some council members have changed there minds about the time of the next council meeting the original time was 7pm -9pm October 21 and now if you go to the city web site the time has changed from 7pm to 5:30pm.
Why the change? One could only think because Bill Clinton is coming to help Noam for a fundraiser event.I guess the Mayor and certain council members do read Talk Of The Sound.
