Need an absentee ballot this election year?

Our campaign is getting requests for absentee ballots – most from senior citizens dealing with illness or parents helping students away at college to vote.

Here is link for absentee ballot application in NY:

Westchester residents should send completed application to:

Westchester County Board of Elections, 25 Quarropas Street, White Plains, NY 10601 (Phone: 914-995-5700)

Absentee ballot qualifications in NY:

  • absence from county on election day
  • temporary illness or physical disability
  • permanent illness or physical disability
  • duties related to primary care of one or more individuals who are ill or physically disabled

Dates to properly file absentee ballot in NY:

  • Tuesday, Oct. 29 – Last day to postmark application for ballot.
  • Monday, Nov. 4 – Last day to apply in person for ballot.
  • Monday, Nov. 4 – Last day to postmark ballot. Must be received by the board of elections no later than Nov. 12th.
  • Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 5 – Last day to deliver ballot in person to the board of elections.

And of course, when you vote, we hope you will be kind enough to vote for me for County Legislator for District 11 (New Rochelle & Pelham). I do have an opponent in this election and hope my friends and supporters will be voting on November 5!
