    Read this carefully. Does it mean we could be paying Forest City 2 million if we default. How can this even be considered after the property has been tied up by Forest City for so many years?

    1. No payment due
      While I’m not a legal eagle I believe there is no “willful misconduct”. There has been no LDA adopted and the city can say they see no public benefit. This certainly is not Noam’s belief but it appears that a bi-partisan majority of council feels that way.
