NEW ROCHELLE, NY — All ages are invited to enjoy a concert of “Songs of the Season” on Sunday, December 15th at 2:00 pm in the Ossie Davis Theater of the New Rochelle Public Library. Musicians Robin Greenstein, (on string instruments), and Barry Wiesenfeld, (on bass and flute), will perform a multi-cultural musical celebration including selections from general Yuletide music, Christmas, Gospel Christmas, Chanukah and Kwanzaa. Songs are sung in various languages and accompanied by different instruments – including jingle bells, and the program includes lots of audience participation.
The free, fun holiday concert is a BID Family Day event, made possible by the New Rochelle Downtown Business Improvement District, in conjunction with the New Rochelle Public Library, the City School District and the Department of Parks and Recreation.
