NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Due to an emergency repair on the New Rochelle Public Library’s water system, the main library will have a delayed opening on Thursday, December 19. The library will open at 12:00 noon instead of 9:00 am.
The Huguenot Children’s Library will open at its normal hour of 10:00 am.
The library apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause its patrons.
