New Rochelle police and Fire rescue units are on scene at the New Rochelle water treatment plant after a man has fallen into a cement tank on Le fevres lane in New Rochelle. Major rescue is underway .
2:29pm party has been removed from tank by New Rochelle Fire rescue team. Party enroute to Montifore/Sound Shore Medical Center.
2:40pm New Rochelle Fire Rescue units picking up and clearing scene.
Westchester County Police have taken over the scene requesting Osha to scene for investigation.
