The city of New Rochelle mailed out a new garbage mailer telling residents and business owners about the upcoming new year garbage and recycling calendar This new calendar went into effect Jan. 1 2014, the city did a mass mailing of this 4 page document to all residents and business owners all across the city.
Well guess what folks this mailer has done nothing but left more garbage on Main Street and god knows where else across this city?
