Jakira Greaves, a senior at New Rochelle High School, died early this morning as a result of a severe asthmas attack.
New Rochelle High School Reginald Richardson made an announcement this morning that Greaves died at approximately 5 a.m. this morning.
Richard said the District activated its Crisis Management plan and that students and staff were being offered support from guidance and clinical staff.
