The City School District of New Rochelle will host a welcoming reception for the new superintendent, Dr. Brian G. Osborne, on Tuesday, June 17th from 7:30pm to 9:30 pm at the New Rochelle High School House IV Cafeteria. All are welcome to attend. Refreshments will be served.
