The City of New Rochelle’s Department of Development in partnership with the New Rochelle Board of Education, is requesting professional consulting services to study the potential for student generation and the effects that will result from planned growth in the downtown. Specifically, the City is targeting firms that can identify expected development patterns from multiple scenarios of projected housing patterns in the city over the next ten years.
