YONKERS, NY — On November 8, 2014 at approximately 1:59 a.m., the New York State Police in Hawthorne arrested Sean Quintal, 33, of New Rochelle, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Subsequent to a vehicle and traffic stop conducted on the Sprain Brook Parkway for speeding and other moving violations, Quintal was found to be driving while intoxicated.
Quintal was issued traffic tickets ordering him to appear before the City of Yonkers Court on November 21, 2014 at 9:30 a.m.
