NEW ROCHELLE, NY — RDRXR, a joint venture between Renaissance Downtowns and RXR Realty, will hold a Kickoff Meeting of its Crowdsourcing Project, a required element of the development plan for New Rochelle’s downtown area.
RDRXR has promoted to make the development of the plan for New Rochelle wa very open and transparent process, centered on the proven crowdsourced placemaking program.
