WHITE PLAINS, NY — The Westchester County Planning Department has created a map of Major Development Proposals in Westchester County.
The map is current as of December 31, 2014.

The map shows a great deal of large development projects underway in Mount Vernon and White Plains.
The map for New Rochelle shows what residents already know, all development projects in the City are occuring below Eastchester Road, the City’s so-called Mason-Dixon line.
