NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The sixth annual New Rochelle Jazz Festival kicks off this weekend in downtown New Rochelle. The line up included Grammy nominated artist, guitarist Gil Parris and local favorite Brian Carter, other local luminaries.
As the event has grown, it has spread to multiple venues in New Rochelle.
