GETTING RESULTS: City of New Rochelle Initiates Enforcement Actions Against LaRocca “Parking Lot”

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The City of New Rochelle has initiated enforcement action along East Street, property owned by the City of New Rochelle but largerly converted to private use by Flavio LaRocca, owner of a New Rochelle-based construction company.

On Monday, the New Rochelle Pollice Department posted “Tow Away” notices on the fence of the LaRocca property on East Street and set up police barriers with additional “Tow Away” notices.

The move is an initial step by the City of New Rochelle to establish its control over public property that has been appropriated by LaRocca over the years.

The initiatve is in response to a series entitled “Who is Flavio LaRocca?”.
