NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Humberto Agustin, 42, of New Rochelle, NY by way of Guatemala was arrested by New Rochelle police on July 23rd at about 6:00 p.m. and charged with First Degree Rape, a Class B Felony.
Agustin is being held in the Westchester County Jail in Valhalla, NY. His next court appearance is July 27th. He was arrested after a complaint filed from a location on 5th Street in the West End of New Rochelle.
Agustin is not a U.S. citizen, does not have a social security number and was born in Guatemala.
