NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A New Rochelle woman was arrested by New Rochelle police after threatening another woman with a loaded gun near The Heritage Homes.
Alisa Longmore, 25, of New Rochelle, NY was arrested by New Rochelle Police and charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon-2nd Degree (Loaded Firearm), a Class C Felony and Menacing-2nd (Weapon), a Class A Misdemeanor.
Complainant stated that she was menaced by a woman, who is known to her as “Alise” Longmore. She stated she has known Longmore for a while but she suspected that her boyfriend was having an affair with Longmore, and had already confronted Longmore about it. The woman stated that she went out to Chuggers Bar, located at 234 North Avenue in New Rochelle, NY, and then decided that she was going to stay with an Aunt that lives in Heritage Homes. She got a ride to the dead end of Winthrop Avenue. Before her ride left, he beeped his horn several times. After he left Longmore came out of 97 Winthrop Avenue and started yelling at her. She stated that as she moved closer to Longmore she noticed that Longmore had a gun and was waving it around and pointing it at her.
When Longmore went back inside, the complainant left the area and called police. Longmore was detained by police and positively identified by the complainant as the woman who menaced her with the gun.
Longmore was arrested and a loaded gun was recovered.
